Returns Policy

 

All deliveries are carefully checked prior to despatch.  Legends Custom Shop Ltd must be notified of any errors, missing items or damage within 48hrs of delivery.  This does not affect your consumer rights.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, Legends Custom Shop Ltd will be happy to consider returns on a case by case basis up to 30 days after purchase providing the following conditions are met:

​

•  The item is received back to us unused and undamaged.  For second hand items it must return in the condition you received it in.

•  Any Legends Custom Shop Ltd merchandise must be complete with all tags in place, in it’s original packaging.

•  Any retail packaging must not be damaged and be in a re-saleable condition.

 

If any of these criteria are not met we may refuse to refund the item. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered or proven to be faulty. In which case, only reasonable postage will be refunded (we will not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery costs for example). For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Legends Custom Shop Ltd do not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

If your item has been specially sourced, fabricated or otherwise custom made it is non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are not sure whether your order fits this criteria please contact Legends Custom Shop Ltd beforehand.

All preowned motorcycles are thoroughly checked over by Legends Custom Shop Ltd’s workshop for safety and good condition before they reach our shop floor. Upon purchase they are given a pre-flight safety check before they leave so you can buy with as much confidence as possible. However, no warranty is implied or given. As with all second hand sales there may be issues that are either impossible or unreasonable to expect to be picked up by Legends Custom Shop Ltd.

If you are unhappy with the purchase of your preowned motorcycle Legends Custom Shop will consider a refund on a case by case basis minus any costs incurred specifically in preparing the motorcycle for sale.
